B. Information from Connected Social Media Accounts

To use BKVSync to post Content to your social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and others, collectively "Third-Party Platforms"), you will need to connect these accounts to our Service.

• Authentication: We use secure authentication methods, such as OAuth, provided by the Third-Party Platforms to connect your accounts. We do not ask for or store your passwords for these Third-Party Platforms. We securely store the access tokens or other credentials provided by these platforms that allow us to act on your behalf as you direct.
• Information Accessed: When you connect a Third-Party Platform, we may access and store certain information from your profile on that platform as permitted by you and the platform. This may include:
  • Your public profile information (e.g., name, username/handle, profile picture).
  • The email address associated with your Third-Party Platform account.
  • A list of pages, groups, or accounts you manage, to allow you to select where to post Content.
  • Permissions necessary to publish Content, manage posts, and potentially gather basic analytics related to the Content posted through BKVSync (e.g., engagement metrics, if supported and requested by you).

We only access the information necessary to provide the Service and will use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the terms of the respective Third-Party Platforms.

C. Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use our Service, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and your use of our Service:

• Log and Usage Data: This includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and settings, operating system, the referring/exit pages and URLs, date and time stamps associated with your usage, pages visited within our Service, features used, clickstream data, and other diagnostic data.

• Backups: Data may remain in our backups for an additional period (e.g., up to 90 days) until it is cycled out.

BKVSync is operated by BKV PRODUCTIONS LLC, based in the United States.
